Challenge time!!

I shall do my best to wake up at 6:30, do a 30 minute workout (end me now), sit/stand for 15 minutes in silence, wirte down my thoughts for 10 minutes and follow a healthier diet than I've had until now everyday for the month of february

Wish me luck, I'll need it haha...
